When a visitor types a name, place, or other query into an outside search tool shown on this site, that entry is sent to the third-party company operating the tool. Marion County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy applies to its handling of the query.

If you email us or use an available contact form, we retain the message and contact details needed to respond. We do not share those communications outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Information Collected by Technology
